Customer terms

1. Your service

When you sign up to a Mango Mobile plan, you agree to these terms, our Acceptable Use Policy, and the Critical Information Summary for your specific plan.

2. Charges

Your plan charge is billed monthly in advance on the day you sign up. Plans renew automatically each month unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. No lock-in

You can cancel your service at any time, with no early-termination fees. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

4. Fair use

Plans are for personal use. Excessive use that affects other customers (such as machine-to-machine, broadband replacement, or commercial reselling) may be slowed or suspended.

5. Coverage and speed

Coverage and speed depend on your location, device, and network conditions. Mango Mobile uses one of Australia's major 5G networks; check coverage at signup.
