To open and run your Mango Mobile service we collect identity information (name, DOB, address, email, mobile), photo ID details required by Australian telecommunications law, and payment details to process your monthly charge.

Your information is used to: verify your identity, activate and manage your service, port your number, charge for your plan, and provide customer support. We don't sell your data to third parties.

Where it's stored

Customer data is stored on Australian servers and is encrypted at rest and in transit.
