How long does activation take?
eSIMs activate within minutes β you'll get a QR code by email. Physical SIMs ship same day, arriving in 1β2 business days.
Will I lose service when I port my number?
No β most ports finish within 30 minutes during business hours, and you stay connected to your old carrier until the moment we activate.
What happens if I run out of data?
Your speed slows but you stay connected for browsing. You can top up extra data any time from your account, or upgrade to a bigger plan.
Can I use my plan overseas?
Standard plans are for Australian use. International roaming add-ons are available β contact us for details before you travel.
How do I cancel?
Pause or cancel any time from your account, no calls or fees. We charge per month, so you'll have service until the end of your billing period.
